TEIN Customers are required to update their DNS Addresses on their computer. The easiest way to do this is by downloading a new copy of connection manager.
There are different versions available, the following webpages will help guide you to the proper download and instructions for your computer.

Look at the TEIN icon on your desktop before continuing
You will need to determine if it is labeled "TEIN" or "TEIN Network"
Click on the icon like the one on your desktop.
